Hi Families, I am Aleja. 

My background is in foreign trade and I have over ten years of experience working in different industries where I honed my customer service and management skills. I consider myself enthusiastic, hardworking and disciplined and I thrive learning new things and building trust based relationships.

My interest in the family support industry developed during my Aupair internship. I joined the Guava Care team because I love making a positive impact in the lives of families and children. Furthermore, I can leverage my experience as well as my business and marketing skills to grow a business I believe in.

At Guava Care I am responsable of greeting new costumers, coordinate families with Guava Care professionals and ensure families get the services they need.
